Make Complex Simple Again.
My first question was what is the story you trying to portray and to who? They have some vague ideas but no clear direction they wanted to talk about visuals and what they saw the site looks like. Explaining that the user and their story should align first then the visual design would then fall in place. Now that we focused on the who and what it became clear for both stakeholders, they specialized in financial planning and insurance for Dentists, Physicians, Business Owners, Attorneys, and Corporate Executives.
Stakeholders had a lot of info that they wanted to put on the site they were trying to incorporate two websites into one website making a very confusing subject even harder to understand. The Target audience for the new firm was highly trained very stressful time-intensive professionals that needed to protect their financial and future for themselves and family’s.
